With the flu season also coming upon us, on top of COVID-19, we want to share with you as an employer, how to handle when your employees are sick and/or not feeling well.
Our discussion with Trisha Gardner, Health Officer with the City-County Health Department, will be centered around business protocols, what to do when an employee is sick, self-quarantining while awaiting results, has been identified as a close contact and placed into quarantine, or is in isolation due to testing positive. Additional discussion will be held on who would be considered a close contact, prevention strategies within the workplace, and what to do when there is a positive case in your workplace.
