Agriculture is changing, from traditional wheat and barley to canola, chickpeas, industrial hemp and lentils. What is in store for the future? Where does the meat come from at Central Avenue Meats? What is industrial hemp and what type of products are made with it? What kind of farming operations go on at the local Hutterite Colony? Find out all these answers and more during the Future of Ag Tour!

You are cordially invited to come and join the Future of Ag Tour, which will be held Tuesday, July 13th starting at Heritage Inn and then traveling around West of Great Falls to tour Canola, Pulse, Wheat and Barley Crops and discuss the future of Agriculture. We will tour a Hutterite Colony, fields, an industrial hemp plant, an irrigation business, a butcher shop and much much more!

We ask a small fee of $25 that will cover the tour, travel, lunch and a appetizers for this very educational event.

8:30 a.m. - Meet up at Heritage Inn, check in, watch some short Ag Celebration Week Videos
9 a.m. - Bus Departs Heritage Inn for Fair Haven Hutterite Colony for a Colony and field tour
12-1:30 p.m. - Tour of Ag Processing Solutions, Montana Valley Irrigation and lunch
2-3:30 p.m. - Tour of Ag related businesses in Great Falls

4 p.m. - Panel Discussion at Heritage Inn with appetizers and drinks
