Selection Required upon Registration
~ Grilled Tri-Tip with roasted peppers, onion and garlic butter GF* ~
~ Chicken Piccata in Panko crust with capers, lemon, artichokes and mushrooms ~
~ Roasted Salmon Tuscan style with spinach, leeks, tomatoes, cream, and charred lemon GF* ~
~ Sweet Potato and Lentil Cakes Ulm lentils, arugula, tahini avocado garlic sauce GF*/Vegan ~
SALAD STARTER
~ Baby greens with local cheese, pickled beets, olives, croutons, tomatoes,
cucumbers, and blood-orange vinaigrette. ~
~ Each entrée is served with roasted new potatoes and fresh herbs,
fresh seasonal vegetables, fresh-baked dinner rolls and butter. ~
DESSERT
~ Raspberry mousse in a chocolate cup with almond brittle GF*/Vegetarian ~
