About Us

QLC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and we are the largest Montana-based provider of Developmental Disability Services, providing support to over 200 children and adults annually throughout nine counties of North Central Montana. QLC's mission is to provide services to children and adults with developmental disabilities within their homes and the community by promoting individualized and creative supports that stimulate lifelong growth and development. QLC believes that with a supportive and safe environment, every person has the ability to attain their maximum level of achievement.
